Fairway Relaxes Policy on FHA and USDA Delinquent Tax Obligations
Effective immediately, including loans in process, Fairway will no longer require evidence of a three-month payment history on delinquent tax obligations provided the delinquent tax has not resulted in a lien. All other conditions will continue to apply.
